Hoffmann's Christmas fairy tale “The Nutcracker” is the most beautiful and romantic story of love and friendship.
The tragic story of the enchanted prince, who is pursued by the terrible Mouse King, touches Marie so much that she decides to protect him at all costs. In the midst of the Nutcracker's battle with the Mouse King and his army, she throws her slipper at the King and saves her friend. The enemy is defeated and the sorcerer's spell is broken – the Nutcracker doll transforms into a handsome prince, who leads Marie into a fantasy world with a Christmas Forest, a candy city and a marzipan castle.
An amazing, vibrant fairy tale with music and dance. The magic happens right on stage: the Christmas tree lights up with festive lights, pictures change, little dolls come to life and become big. Both the stage and in the auditorium are permeated with the atmosphere of celebration.
